Judging & awards
Notebooks are submitted digitally as a link uploaded in the “My Account” panel of the team contact. Reviews are conducted remotely before the event — make sure your link is live and accessible no later than two weeks out.
Judging format
Remote initial interviews, with follow-up interviews across the competition days as needed. Judges come from the local business and education community, including engineering professors from the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky.
Impartiality
No parents, coaches, or anyone closely affiliated with a participating organization may judge this event. Interested in judging? Email volunteer@reactrobotics.org.
Awards offered
World Championship qualification spots for this event have not yet been published; we will post the allocation here as soon as it is confirmed by VEX Robotics.
